The race, included in the UCI calendar, will be held from May 15 to 18 in the south of Gran Canaria

The Gobik jersey will recognize the fastest resident cyclists in the men’s and women’s categories after each of the stages

The Fred. Olsen Express Transgrancanaria Bike, one of the most outstanding and awaited MTB races of the Canary Islands calendar, will premiere in its 2025 edition a new jersey for Canarian leaders of the Gobik brand. This distinction will recognize the fastest cyclists (residents) in the female and male categories after each of the stages. The race, which has nearly 300 participants, will be held from May 15 to 18 and registration is still open through the official website: www.transgrancanariabike.com.

With this new logo, Arista Eventos, organizer of the event, seeks to give greater visibility and prominence to local talent by highlighting Canary Island cyclists who compete at the highest level in an event endorsed by the International Cycling Union (UCI). The jersey, designed by the prestigious Gobik brand with an innovative aesthetic that combines the island identity with the essence of the race, will become a symbol of reference for the participants. In addition, the Canary Island leader’s jersey will be added to the already traditional race badges, such as the general jersey, which all participants will receive, and the general leader’s jersey.
